I just replaced the inserts and shocks with the Boge TurboGas units from
www.Autohausaz.com. They are $290.88 for front and rears. You will
need new boots, but I did not buy strut tower bearings, but it may not
be a bad idea. You can do front inserts with a medium size pipe wrench,
and you will need a spring compressor for the rears. Rears took me all
of an hour. The fronts are a little more tricky and it helps to have a
friend push on the wheel to align the strut back into the same place.
DON"T FORGET TO MARK THE PLACEMENT OF THE MOUNT ON TOP!

The ride is very nice. It is a perfect balance between comfort and
handling IMHO! The most important thing for me was to keep the car
maintained without putting any extras into it. At $300.00 I think I did
pretty well! I was contemplating the Bilstein's but at $112 each for
the front versus $60.00 it went against my not putting anything extra
into the car mentality even though $120 bucks would not have killed me.

Something in the back of my mind makes me think the turbogas are stock
anyway. Hey stock is not so bad on a $50k car right??
