[V8] V8 COOLING FAN

Just picked up my first v8 i'm not new to audi's as i own 4,but i will need some help till i get a manual.So here goes and thanks for the help in advance.
1.Large cooling fan runs all the time and the car will not get to a decent operating temp.
2.power steering and bomb hoses leak(could i use any hoses from the 100 and 200 cars)
3.car has a low idle(idle is low not wild)
