[V8] V8 Engine Motronic Management

I have a copy of the manual ... unfortunately I don't have it with me.
Overall I am pretty sure that the content is covered in the other manuals
available for the V8.  If you can get the part number you can see if it is
still available from Dyment ... pretty sure it is.  I suspect the P/N is
WSP52121800C ... which you can get from Dyment for only $12.  Perhaps you
can get the number from the seller of the book ... it will be on the back
