[V8] V8 Engine Motronic Management

That's a readily available manual. Scott Mockrey sells it. It contains a 
detailed description of the Engine Management System for the S4 and V8 
(4.2). Each sensor is explained, how it fails, etc... It's only slightly 
different for the 3.6...
