[V8] Door lock "binding"

(sp?) which reads:

The TSB has a sketch which is worth 1000 words I'm sure. 
   The TSB is # 94-04, entitled "Door Lock Key Binding" 
   It says: 
   Condition:  After installation of new style operating lever 
the key may bind in the door lock. 

   Increased diameter of operating lever, p/n 893 837 
287A/288A causes interference with lock rod clip. 

   Service:  Slightly bevel the edge of white clip.  Only 
remove enough material to obtain clearance, to allow operating lever to 
rotate without binding. 

Notice that this is not much more than a cosmetic problem ... the person who
updated #2 did not do this but the lock continues to work just fine.  Some
day if I have to pull the door panel apart I'll get in there and fix it ...
