[V8] Fuel Pump removal

I couldn't release mine from its carrier in my 200q20v, so I got that tool.
 But others have reported that using a pair of leather gloves let them
twist on the pump holder enough to break it loose.  What you're doing is
breaking loose a plastic bump that's held in a little recess.  Once it
moves, you're home free.
