[V8] Stalling at startup

Over the past few days I've noticed a new problem with my V8Q.

After driving the car a few miles, park and re-start the engine, and it 
will stall once or even twice. Idle seems low. Today it did it three times, 
but I was going though a Taco Bell drive-through and it was evidently 
trying to tell me something.

Clean the ISV or do I need one of the engine sensors? - and if so, which 
one and what does it cost (sitting down . . . )?

Plugs good, O2 sensor seems OK (no surging, gas mileage no worse than usual).

Other ideas? Bad gas (at $2.xx per gallon)?
