He's right....barely. Although that method works system performance isn't 
going to be as good as it could be with the R134. The correct way is to have the 
system vacuumed and recharged while the vacuum is still on the system, this 
ensures you get a complete charge, something you can rarely get with the quick 
and dirty home kits.
