[V8] Grounding problem with temp & gas gauges

This past year I have read several posts concerning problems with the temp & gas
gauges and the seatbeat warning buzzer.  It appears to be a common ground
problem as the gauges and buzzer will come back to life intermittantly -
especially in damp weather.  Does anyone know where the ground connection for
these are or have another solution to this problem?
