[V8] UFO brakes

In my experience, if I have uneven braking at low speed and
no pulsation in the steering wheel, then it's been the rear
rotors. Mine probably need some attention too. Since I've
owned it, the only brake work I've done was to install new
front pads.

I have always had this to some degree. It seems less noticable ever since I put
on new Mintex Red Box pads over my old worn down UFO rotors.
The Mintex pads do squeak quite a bit though.
I always thought the pad/rotor combo somehow had a "sticky spot" because there
is no pedal pulsation - just slightly un-even braking at very slow speeds.
