[V8] Right wing attack?

While driving in to work today, and listening to NPR, my right front speaker
started sounding like a machine gun. Either some Bush loyalists got to the
amplifier or maybe it just got sick of Ira Glass. Either way it looks like I
need to do some repairs. Is this a classic symptom of the failed filter caps?
For those of you who have done the repairs, do you just replace all the
electrolytic caps?
