[V8] Ford O2 sensor

I purchase them for about 38$$ at my local federated auto supply store.  And
guess what??  IT IS A BOSCH UNIT!!  Surprise Surprise.  I actually own a
ford truck with a 5.8 liter (5.0 is the same p/n).  OEM new was also a Bosch
unit.  BTW, buy one for a ford E 350 van from 1992 or 1993.  You get a
longer wiring harness (maybe you don't want the longer harness).  Cost is
about the same.  As for the connector, I don't think you could get that
without buying the whole trucks wiring harness.  On my truck it is part of
the harness.
