[V8] New Radiator Choice and Install?

So, I need a new radiator.  The one in the car now works just so long as I am either not stopped or it is below 70 degrees outside.  Now that I am moving to FL this will no longer be acceptable.  I think some have bought one from www.radiators.com that require a little cutting?  I also looked on www.bimmerparts.com and they have a German unit listed for $290…which seems good if it is an OEM unit.  If anyone has any BTDT’s it would also be greatly appreciated.  To those who might be interested, I finally got an engineering job in the automotive industry.  I start at Renntech Mercedes in a few weeks.  Very nervous and very looking forward to it.  TIA for the radiator help.
