[V8] 110 leaded

I'm not tracking the car (and definitely not removing the cats) -- I got 10 gals of the 110 leaded for my VW racecar that I'm not going to use, and I like your idea of mixing in w/ 93 over a couple tankfuls. Hopefully would minimize any harm to the OXS too.
