[V8] Flashing CAT light

Just unplug the cat module under the pass side floor mat - you really
don't need the light, at our cars age the cats are usually partially shot
anyway.  If you will notice most other cars don't even have this light. 
If you are really worried about it then it could be a grounding problem or
the temp sensor(expensive), never really heard of it being the control
module though.
