I unplugged mine under the Pass side floor mat, actually really under
the side "tunnel" carpet. I knew that it was a sensor issue, because it
would start flashing even with the CATs cold. Some kind soul welded my
sensor into the rt. Side cat, so there's no replacing it.
Even unplugged, I got the flashing light, so I just made a wire jumper
and put it into the upper (instrument cluster) side of the connector,,,
STOPPED the flash... But now, 1.5 yrs later, every so often the jumper
gets a little loose and the light flashes, I just tell my passenger that
the V8 is SO SMART that it know when I should watch for a cat running
onto the roadway!!! OR I just reach over and beat on the carpet by the
passenger footwell (tranny side) and It goes off..
I guess I should take the carpet out and re-seat my jumper....
