[V8] 90 V8Q Bose speaker repair

The cars approved for recall were cars produced during a time frame in
which Audi's supplier for the amps had a run of apparently bad parts in the
amps.  It wasn't a general failure for all amps supplied of that design.
And not all the amps produced within the time frame had the bad parts, but
they were replaced anyway.  This is not to say there weren't other problems
with the entire audio system.  But the fire-producing failures supposedly
were confined to amps made in a defined time period.  At the time of the
recall, Audi notified all registered owners of the procedure for getting
the amps replaced.    My 200q20v was recalled, my '90 v8 was not.
