[V8] Rear Brakes

I'm in the middle of doing a rear brake job on my 92'  Is there any special tool needed to compress the caliper pistons?  Are they the type that you screw or turn them back in or just compress them?

I'm doing the rotors ($50.00 each) while I'm at it.  Any other suggestions or BTDT would be appreciated.
