[V8] Bose rear amps catch fire?

Pat, I don't recall any of the burning Bose cases involving a 1990. It's
been pretty well documented that the problem amps were installed in rear
speakers in 1991 and later models. If the system in functioning, if you're
not getting any popping, booming, scratching or screeching sounds from your
rear speakers, I'd say there's little liklihood of a speaker fire
endangering your children. If you want to be sure, don't use the speakers
when they are in the car.
