Actually, why the bill was beyond belief, they were probably "within AoA's
criteria". It was things like $1380.00 spark plug wires, $900.00 worth of
distributors $100.00 for plugs and $800.00 labor. I think those ARE pretty
close to Audi's retail on those parts and $80.00 per hour X 10 hours for the
job. I think it's really AoA that is sticking it in.
I would be wasting my breath. I guess that's why the resale sucks so bad on
Audis past 3 years old.
I spent $56.00 to put in one dist cap, rotor and 8 plugs. That leaves a lot
of room to buy plug wires and another cap. Another $300.00 would have put
plug wires and another cap and I still would have enough money left over to
buy another decent V8Q.......
