[V8] ANOTHER V8 won't start...and I am stumped!

Just a stab in the dark, but could it also be a bad fuel pressure
regulator? Just dumping tons o gas into the cylinder fouling the plugs
out. I've also heard that once a plug is gas fouled they may never be
right again. It doesn't really fit with the fast crank but who knows.
Just a thought.
