I'm with Tony hear.
Fast starter turnover I experience in a 4000Q was a broken timing belt. I
know the lister checked it but could teeth be stripped off the belt and still in
a continuous loop?
Could the starter teeth be toast and not turning over the engine?
Flywheel teeth broken?
