[V8] Re:ANOTHER V8 won't start...and I am stumped!

I'm with Tony hear.
Fast starter turnover I experience in a 4000Q was a broken timing belt.  I 
know the lister checked it but could teeth be stripped off the belt and still in 
a continuous loop?  
Could the starter teeth be toast and not turning over the engine?
Flywheel teeth broken?
