[V8] ANOTHER V8 won't start...and I am stumped!

I think the fast cranking is the reason for the broken teeth on the
flywheel when the FPR goes bad.
It's spinning so fast that when the cylinger gets full of fuel and it
hydrolocks the starter just rips teeth off the flywheel.
Nasty little problem.
Of course pulling the plugs and drying out the cylinders would help with
that situation.
At least the starter isn't under the intake manifold like my caddy. When
I say under the intake manifold I mean literally inside the engine. What
idiot thought this was a good idea?
