[V8] Continental tires - nail magnets?

Ha!  Don't know yet, but so far in less than 4k on my new Conti
ExtremeContacts, I have had only one flat (first flat I've had in years) and
it ended up they removed most of a whole Toy*ta key! Sorry, no pics.  Was in
center of tread and even though I had full road hazard/replacement warranty,
they patched and did not replace tire (center of tread puncture).   Can't
say I'm the happiest with the local Discount Tire that did the repair
(manager's attitude).
