[V8] front diff( EDL or just plain open?0

... I wonder if this isn't a sign of some sort of problem ... and I'm
thinking it might be the steering damper.  I know it is a different
situation, but my Fox had a serious steering oscillation problem under
WOT acceleration with a bad damper ... new damper and everything was OK.
Perhaps that is why the V8 had the damper installed in the first place.
AFAIK no other type 44 had a steering damper ...
