have to agree with roger.... tranny dipstick not in the whole... that can't be 
good...

basicly a good shell, but mechanical nightmare..  I'd run unless I had an
excellent running 100 with a nasty body and you wanted to transplant stuff..
and you thought of that sort of thing as..... FUN :)
