Justin,
Thanks for the feedback. The thermostat was something they replaced when
they replaced the heater valve. It rode at about 85c before they replaced
it and that is where it rides now.

What is your car's running temp. It should be just shy of the 100C mark.
If it is only half way there then you thermostat is stuck open and your
engine is running too cold. This will cause the heater to perform poorly.
