[V8] euro lights

Got the euro lights in over the weekend. Went pretty smoothly thanks in no
small part to all the info from Shawn and David Head (BIG THANKS GUYS) And
yeah the lights are well worth it. There is a web site worth checking out;
it's www.danielsternlighting.com  He covers d.o.t. regs, re-wiring with
relays, some blue bulb myths. It really is worth the browse time. And
