I went through those dang options twice and didn't see that.  I'm going to have my eyes checked if I find it this time.  Of course I was a bit rough this morning...  Something about spending 4 hours in the emergency room just to be told that you had a sore arm.

Go to My AIM, Edit Options, Edit Preferences.
Go to sign on/off.  Uncheck the Show AIM.com window at sign on.
Restart AIM.  If that doesn't work, let me know.
