I disagree-

I have switched MANY old cars with over 200K miles. NOT ONE leaks. The
oldest was a 1972 MBZ 4.5 engine with 240K on it. No leaks even 7 years
later. A Ford 351 does not leak 3 years after a switch with 120K miles on
it. My 4ksq was switched around 180K. Now has 220K. No leaks. Cq had
170K on it when switched. Bought it in June of 03. Now has 182K on it. No
leaks. 5.6 liter MBZ from 1986 with 186K when switched, now well over 200K
miles. No leaks or problems. The list goes on.

YRMV, but I have NEVER had a problem. BTW, every older car I have ever
switched was older then 1986 and had 170K or more miles on it. With the
exception of the 351. Have switched newer cars too with no problems.
