[V8] (Oil) Can of worms - open with care

i sense some sarcasm here :)

Actually, I ran it for the first 200 or so miles on that old oil.... no leaks...
I wanted to make sure it would actually run before I completely tore it apart 
to do a full on resto job..

within 100 miles of the new syn.... it started freakin leakin everywhere :(  Rear
Main Seal, Left head gasket, clutch pull rod, thru the rear crank seal... it was
ugly....

btw,  this is the beast AFTER the resto,  for the before, just picture a bike
with no cover sitting in a driveway in NH..... for 10 years... not a pretty picture..
