Hey, hey, 

    Some of us in the 'younger crowd' do listen to reason and the 'old
farts'.  Yes we must make mistakes and successes on our own, learn from
them both and grow up to be old farts, but that doesn't mean that we don't
want to learn from someone else.  I do have my own opinions but if someone
has been at something longer than I have I usually try to learn something
from them.  In other words, don't give up so easily on us - at least not
yet! ;)
