[V8] e-code headlights

Have you or anybody ever dealt with this place??? I desperately need a new set of lights (both of mine are cracked and PA inspection is coming up). I'd love a new set but I have serious reservations about sending $$$ overseas. Every time that I know of people buying stuff from out of the country, they end up getting screwed. Does anybody have a set of used lights they need to sell?
