[V8] Daytime Running Lights

... I don't have the book with me, but I do know for a fact that the
hardcopy wiring diagram for the V8 includes a section on the changes for the
Canadian DRLs ... 

I'd expect the fiche version of the wiring diagram does as well, and both
are available from Dyment:

... oops! while making sure my link worked I searched and it appears that
the wiring diagrams are NLA on microfiche!
