[V8] RE: Cats/fire

Well,

   The deed is done - I put the cats back on last night and here is the
report:

   1.  It seems to have more power - I'm sure they were half way clogged 
before the little fire incident - so good deal there.

   2.  Drivability is unchanged as far as I can tell, although it seemed
to start and idle smoother, actuall driving seems the same but I only
drove it for about a mile because it was so late.

   3.  Gas milage is yet to be determined.

   4.  It sounds like a mustang gt - Yeah it's kinda neat, but I don't
know if I can stand it or not - we will see what happens on the interstate
and go from there.

   I need a set of those big muffler clamps that connect the back of the
cats to the front of the muffler - that may be why it is loud, or maby it
is just resonating in those big open spaces - but I can't tell yet - does
anyone know of a good source for those clamps?
