[V8] swain tech coatings

I keep thinking that there must be a way for those of us that want/need to 
rebuild the bottom end of our engines to get away without having to sleeve them. 
If I could afford to follow through with rebuilding an engine ( right now I'd 
feel like I was wasting their time) I'd be interested to talk with Swain tech 
coatings http://www.swaintech.com/index.html to see if they have any products 
that would work for us. I'm writing this to see if 1.anyone has tried this 
already and 2.Maybe someone out there does have the disposable income or 
interest in trying this. Anyone?
