Not to mention that if the rack hasn't been replaced it will need it in 
the next year or so. For 250.00 more its smart to do it while the heads 
are off. I would have a tough time paying $5K for the car.
If its worth so much and the salvage title's not important he can 
wholesale it - NOT!
