[V8] New generation 3 spoke steering wheel retrofit?

Hi all,
Was wondering if any of you have come across the a website with a write-up
about how to install a new style 3 spoke wheel on these older cars?  I
remember reading this a year or two ago on the web at an enthusiasts site.
He had replaced the steering wheel in his 93 UrS4 with the newer model
(2000) 3 spoke steering wheel. Do any of you know what I am talking about?
The Steering wheel in our v8's is the same as the UrS4 correct?  IMO the
steering wheel for the v8 is pretty skinny, I have fairly large hands and
would like a thicker wheel, even my fiancée commented about the "skinny"
wheel.  Any BTDT on the retrofit???   Thanks
