[V8] Cruise control

Ok,
  Fixed the cruise last night - brake pedle switch was out of adjustment,
found it by pulling up on the brake pedle while tring to set the cruise. 
I didn't realize that the switch was not only an electrical switch, but
also a vaccum dump for the system - I guess that's a safety backup -
anyway it works fine.
