[V8] retaining clips for brakes P/N?

My so-called friend/mechanic at the dealer convinced me to convert mine under the warrantee program.  He told me that all I had to do was complain about a vibration in the front end and they would do the conversion. (I think he was slow and need the work) The original UFO's were far superior before the conversion. (1990 V8)
