[V8] Frozen Tie Rod Bolt

This happened on my CGT.  I watched while a torch was held to it for almost 10 minutes - I thought it would melt... and then held to it again...and again...  It took 2 hours of work, in the shop, on the lift, to get that damn thing free...  I watched, they weren't screwing around, they were MAD at the thing and tried very hard to win the fight...I was not their favorite customer after that ;)
