[V8] Oil breather hoses

I want to change the oil breather hoses on my V8 - I understand there are 
three of them, one under the air cleaner (found that one), and two 
somewhere at the rear of the engine.

Can I use standard tubing (like radiator hose from FLAPS) of the correct 
size, or do I need some genuine Audi parts to do this right? If so, what 
are the part numbers and what do they cost?
