Do I recall incorrectly that there is no allen head screw here (above the speedo)?  I just did mine and only remember there being one BELOW the speedo, accessed by the following (note revised text):

Also, it's always a pick'em for me as to which vent conceals the allens.  Somewhere I recall seeing/reading which are the right ones.

And to go a step or two further:

The dash lifts up and can be maneuvered to exit via the passenger door area.  The IC is held in by the same type allen screws.  There are four plugs that are color coded and are released by prising the black portion up.  And it takes a little finesse to reinsert the IC around the stay tabs on the right side..
