She could be running rich,  Check your plugs for fuel fouling. Many things
can cause a rich mixture.  Also, when cats begin failing they will make this
smell.  Do you have to pass annual emmission tests in your state?  If not, I
wouldn't sweat it until she starts running rough.  That's my opinion.

The exhaust is really starting to smell well...like exhaust it is stronger
now though. Is it just time for a new muffler? It had a small hole or 2 that
I patched up but it never really helped the smell. What do you guys think?
