[V8] Re: Heater blows hot air -lots of it

... I see this repeated every so often ... as far as I know there are only
two times when the heater valve is actually closed (which also by definition
means that the recirculate door is opened ...) 

	1) when the mode is set to NORM *and the temp is set to LO*
	2) when the mode is set to OFF

It is possible to operate the AC and have hot coolant flowing through the
heater core ... the most obvious case is when the defroster is enabled, but
pretty much any time the system is being used outside the "OFF" and "ECON"
modes the air conditioning system is activated *and* there is hot coolant
flowing through the heater core ... the controller uses the blend doors to
control the temperature of the air going to the passenger compartment ...
