... sorry, I don't have a "best price" answer ... but the one thing that I
would say is that neither of these items require the engine be disassembled
to the level required to do the timing belt ... i.e. even if you can't get
the parts right away you can just do them at a future date when the parts
arrive.  I don't have BTDT on the valve cover gaskets (yet), but I can tell
you that a FPR is quite literally a 1 hour job.  Take off the air filter
cover (7 fasteners) remove the FPR, pull vacuum line, loosen fuel line
(appropriate flare nut wrenches) remove two hold down screws (5 or 6mm hex
key) ... remove FPR and replace with new.  The new unit should have the
sealing O-ring that goes into the fuel rail.
