[V8] Overflow Reservoir

Most reported attempts at resealing these heat-aged plastic reservoirs have
been unsuccessful eventually. The V8 version differs from the other Type
44 cars because of the direction of the hoses, but someone reported that a
little longer hose can allow use of a 5k version. The V8 version cost me
about $60, whereas the Type 44 was in the $25 range.
