[V8] voltage on the climate control

... I surmise that you are having other problems ... not just the readout
being wrong ...
On the V8 it is very easy to measure the voltage with a voltmeter ... just
measure the voltage at the jump start lugs under the hood.
If you find that the charging system appears to be working ... there is no
"sensor" for the voltage in the A/C head ... it is just measuring its own
supply. If it isn't working you probably need to replace the head or the
programmer ... not sure I'd worry that much about a voltage measurement
failure in the A/C head/Programmer myself ...
