How new are your tune-up items??  Spark plug
wires...cap...?

Other than that, my first thought would be Throttle
Position Sensor (TPS) needs to be cleaned up or
replaced.

Longer shot.....coolant temperature sensor gone
loco...usually the one behind the passenger side head.
  If not any of these...FPR maybe?
