[V8] "Major Surging"

I've done this before with my CJ-7, it's actually pretty easy.  When the
probe is cold you'll see a voltage of 0V, the idea is the torch removes the
available oxygen from the sensor when the flame is on it.  Heat the torch up
to a full cherry red, it should read .9 to 1V on the meter.  I've got photos
of doing this on the workbench here:

A buddy at work told me that you can test your O2 sensor with instructions
found on the internet.  Do a search on Google for oxygen sensor test torch.
(I probably wouldn't bother testing it, just replace it.  But if you want to
be 100% sure...)

One thing I did notice is that when the engine is cold it doesn't seem to
have the surging problem.  Would that make a difference with the O2
sensor???
